Robert Half Digital Media Specialist in Bristol, Connecticut

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Bristol, Connecticut. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our team, focusing on organizing, recording, editing, and playing back server-based material during live and pre-recorded productions. This role is also responsible for local media management and naming conventions in a fast-paced environment for a diverse range of studio shows and events.

Responsibilities:

• Operate all broadcast equipment and technology within assigned operating areas, including the organization and distribution of all server content used for recording and playback during control room productions.

• Demonstrate basic knowledge of editing techniques on instant replay and non-linear systems.

• Ensure quality control of video and audio signals to maintain our high standards.

• Generate training documentation and participate in training programs for self-career development and to keep up-to-date with any relevant equipment and workflow changes.

• Possess a solid knowledge of plant signal flow/routing.

• Take part in special event coverage and projects as necessary.

• Help achieve business objectives through various duties as required.

• Understand remote event workflows and terminology.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our partners.

• Show demonstrable knowledge of broadcast communications equipment. Requirements

• Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist role or similar.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English

• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of digital media platforms.

• Proficiency in video editing and production.

• Experience in handling special events and media partnerships.

• Strong skills in communication, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.

• Demonstrated customer service skills.

• Ability to create and manage training programs.

• Familiarity with ST Microcontroller and its applications.

• Proficient in utilizing various methods for marketing and advertising.

• Solid understanding of local media landscapes and journalism practices.

• Experience in managing operations and handling materials.

• Ability to ensure quality in all tasks and responsibilities.

• Adept in documentation and record-keeping.

• Ability to align work with business objectives.

• Interest in career development in the digital marketing field.

• Knowledge of broadcast media and digital media trends.

• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
