**[General Job Requirements[: Basic knife skills, and understanding of the inner workings of a kitchen, good communication skills -May require lifting up to fifty pounds on a regular basis, as well as constant need to stand on feet -Working closely with the Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and several other members of the kitchen and front of the house staff
