Oracle Principal Software Engineer (IC4): NetSuite App-AI in BRNO, Czech Republic
Job Description
As a key member of our AI-focused team, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating AI adoption across NetSuite. Our mission is to empower domain teams to seamlessly integrate AI-based features, leveraging the cutting-edge AI platform tools developed by NetSuite AI Team. You’ll have the chance to make a significant impact, learn from diverse projects, and stay at the forefront of AI technology within Oracle’s ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with NetSuite Application teams to design and implement cutting-edge AI features that revolutionize our products.
Partner with Application engineering leaders, product managers, and UX designers to identify and prioritize innovative AI solutions.
Maintain a strong connection with the NetSuite AI team to ensure App-AI development is aligned with the broader AI strategy.
Stay updated on the latest Oracle and NetSuite AI platform advancements to provide guidance and mentorship to application developers in their AI journey.
Lead the technical design and implementation of AI features, setting the standard for excellence.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successfully implementing AI-based features, ideally in a production environment. We welcome projects from AI hackathons and other practical experiences.
Completion of AI-focused training programs, whether through online courses or university education, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
Proactive mindset with a history of taking initiative and driving projects to completion.
Extensive software engineering experience, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and software engineering principles.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
