Job Type Full-time Description Responsibilities include: * Operating and cooking using the grill equipment, fryolator, & soup station. * Prepare food items such as vegetables, meats, and cheese * Receive & prepare orders from front of house using precision * Managing inventories, labeling items, portioning foods * Plating the food items * Cleaning the grill before and after use Schedule is as follows: Monday 4-10 Tuesday 10-4 Wednesday 10-10 Friday 6-10 Sunday 11-10 Requirements * This position is FT appx 40 hours per week and must be available nights * Education: High School or equivalent * Experience: Proven experience assisting in kitchens * Allergen Awareness Certification Skills * The ability to stand for extended periods. * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * The ability to work in a team. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Effective communication skills.
