The QA release manager for Radiometer is responsible for leading our dedicated team of QA release coordinators.

This position is part of the QA Operations Manufacturing & Complaints department, based at Radiometer’s headquarters in Brønshøj, Copenhagen and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the QA Operations Manufacturing & Complaints department and report to Senior Manager QA Operations responsible for providing QA support to the six different manufacturing value streams at the Copenhagen site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage a dedicated team of QA release coordinators.

  • Interface with a diverse range of production setups.

  • Maintain and improve Quality Management processes that have a large impact on the organization.

  • Shape the release function setup.

  • Act as release process SME during audits.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BSc of Science or relevant technical background.

  • Fluent in Danish, written and oral.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with manufacturing in the MDR/IVDR industry.

  • Experience with stakeholder management - prioritizing in cooperation with the six production value streams.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with people management.

  • Process development.

  • Lean production.
