Johnson Security Bureau, Inc. Account Manager Security Guard Firm in Bronx, New York
Location: JSB Office, Bronx, New York Work Type: Full Time Salary: $70,000/year Experience: 4 years minimum in team management, scheduling, hiring, and client relations.
Expected duties may include but are not limited to:
Build professional relationships with assigned security officers;
Schedule security officers and maintain stable work schedules (75-100 team members, multiple locations);
Handle call-outs of security officers 24/7;
Coordinate with Human Resources to meet with security officers who are performing well for recognition;
Coordinate with Human Resources to coach security officers with poor performance;
Coordinate site coverage for special requests from clients and staff;
Work closely with Talent Management (HR) to recruit security officers that are the best fit for JSB culture and expectations;
Work with Field Supervisors to ensure sites are operating accordingly;
Prepare reports and recommendations for weekly staff meetings;
Ensure all security team members are properly trained before working in any position;
Train security officers;
Perform regular evaluation of all team members;
Perform site visits on a regular frequent basis;
Review site visit reports and respond appropriately;
Ensures a high level of client satisfaction through proactive site visits, schedules, and immediate follow-up to client concerns;
Maintain current and working knowledge of site contract requirements;
Escalate important incidents and other reports to JSB management and necessary client reps;
Review time and attendance for security officers;
Report to management of any staffing problems that may arise as client requirements change;
Ongoing review of training material with subordinates to ensure compliance with all JSB policies and procedures;
Respond to callouts and open posts, adjust schedules;
Coordinate with field management and client's management team;
other duties as needed.
Requirements:
4 years minimum in team management, scheduling, hiring, and client relations.

Authorized to legally work in the United States
Pass a drug test with negative results
Pass an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, and employment and education verification, as well as Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks, if applicable
If prior military, must be able to provide a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, upon job offer
