Job Title: Boiler Trade Apprentice
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual with 3-5 years of experience who is eager to learn the boiler trade and build a long-term career. This is a great opportunity to join a family-owned business with a rich history, providing comprehensive boiler maintenance, repair, and installation services for commercial and large residential buildings.
Responsibilities
Assist with boiler maintenance, repair, and installation projects.
Learn and apply electrical skills related to boiler systems.
Work alongside experienced service technicians to gain hands-on experience.
Meet at the shop at 7:15 AM and work from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Maintain a clean driving record to assist with transportation needs.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
Electrical aptitude and basic electrical skills.
Willingness to learn and develop skills in the boiler trade.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Graduation from a trade school is a plus.
Proficiency with hand tools.
No specific certifications are required.

Work Environment
Our company, located in the Bronx, specializes in boiler maintenance, repair, and installation for commercial and large residential buildings across Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, and Westchester. You will be part of a team that responds to various boiler room problems, from day-to-day repairs to complete new heating system installations. The working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a start time of 7:15 AM at the shop.
