Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 81 Home Health RNs to join a healthcare client in New York. These Nurses will operate on a hybrid model (3 days in person patient visits, 2 days remote patient intakes). They will be responsible for conducting initial assessments and determining qualification for at home care. Based on needs, they will assist patients in the home with bathing, dressing, medicine administration, light housekeeping, and more.

Skills and Requirements
22 months of experience as a Home Health RN within past 15 years
Experience conducting in depth patient assessments
Experience utilizing an online patient assessment system; Uniform Assessment System (UAS) highly preferred
Computer literacy (Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, screenshots, attachments, typing 35 words per minute)
ASN or BSN
Unencumbered NY State license Knowledge of NYIAP program null
