Job Summary:
Coordinate and conduct educational programs for Home Health Aides (HHAs) in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, ensuring understanding and compliance among trainees
Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure documentation adheres to organizational standards
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid New York State nursing license
Must have previous Home Care experience
Strong understanding of home health care practices, regulations, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Prior training experience preferred
