Position Summary
This position is responsible for the collection of past due accounts via an automated outbound dialer as well as answering inbound calls from customers. This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented collection call center role.

Responsibilities
Place outbound (automated and manual) collection calls to customers
Negotiate payments and (repayment arrangements) to assist customers in curing their delinquency
Handle inbound customer calls regarding past due balances and/or account inquiries
Initiate account corrections/updates/adjustments when necessary
Thoroughly document account notes
Validate customer demographics (phone, address, etc.) to ensure accuracy
Required :

Minimum Qualifications
Preferred :
Previous call center experience
High School education or GED
Bilingual experience is a plus – extra $1.00 per hour
Work Shifts:
Mid-shift – 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Late-shift – 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ($0.75 shift differential)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours, Full-time
Pay Rate Type: Hourly
Hourly Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.00 depending on experience
Location: Brook Park, Ohio
