JOB REQUIREMENTS: Audio-Visual Service Technician - 11417 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Audio-Visual Service Technician Milwaukee, WI, 3275 Intertech Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, United States of America Req #11417 The Field Service Technician will travel to customer sites to provide scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair service of their AV systems. Other details * Job Family Technician * Pay Type Hourly Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What You Bring to Assure Success: * Previous experience in the service or installation of AV systems * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies and basic troubleshooting techniques * Ability to load code and DSP files including Crestron, BIAMP, and Q-SYS * Ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction * Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach * Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites * CTS Certification is preferred, but not required with the right experience. Any other industry related certs or training are also a plus.
