Your Role on Our Team:
Manage and/or implement security systems and protocols, automated solutions and information technology for facilities.
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of outsourced 3rd party security team for southeast Wisconsin.
Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure work environment to staff and visitors.
Conduct security audits of all assigned facilities and report findings on a regular basis.
Manage and help support Building Automation system, card access system, security camera system, and Maintenance request system.
Exhibit vision and foresight to support facilities and security development projects for building support.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
High School Diploma.
Five years of related Security experience.
Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent management and supervisory skills
Must demonstrate ability to effectively apply good judgment, detail orientation, and independent decision-making skills.
Other TOOLS, we prefer you to have:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of card access systems, cctv, and automated work orders.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
