Flexible schedule with every other weekend requirement. We are seeking an experienced Staff or Program Coordinator to manage one of our group homes in either Brooklyn Center or Brooklyn Park. As a team leader and team player You will coordinate the overall running of the group home by assisting the consumers with the daily living skills and needs, staff supervision, community activities and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Applicants must be flexible and be willing to work every other weekend ( hours will vary based on the consumers needs, a combination of some morning and evening shifts required), be able to pass the Department of Human Services background study, applicants should have a working knowledge of the Minnesota Statute 245D s rules and regulations, have strong organizational skills, and be competent in using various computer programs. Responsibilities: Oversee all consumers programs.Plan and coordinate health services Work with the Program Manager to plan and implement daily programs and activities Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Train staff on policies and procedures Qualifications: Associate Degree with previous experience in group home setting and managerial role, strong leadership qualities and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
