JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a PR and Creator Community Assistant Manager to join our North America Marketing team. The role covers a range of responsibilities from press strategy, to nurturing Le Labo’s creator community, and planning & executing activations. The position is based in Le Labo’s headquarters in Williamsburg, and reports to the North America Marketing & Partnership Director.
PR AND COMMUNICATIONS
Support the Director in developing and executing PR strategies to achieve brand KPIs and increase share of voice.
Create seasonal press strategies aligned with the NA marketing calendar, NPLs, key brand moments, and new boutique openings.
Serve as the main point of contact for PR agency to ensure coverage and events are aligned with brand’s alternative marketing approach.
Deliver global press assets for new product launches ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Analyze monthly PR coverage reports, tracking KPIs through Launchmetrics, and leverage insights to inform future initiatives.
Forecast products for press and influencer gifting, supporting both new launches and ongoing business needs.
Oversee the PR and creator event budget, ensuring all activities remain within target and expenses are accurately tracked.
Support production of Le Labo on Wheels, the brand’s pop-up concept, kick-off events.
Drive creator and press event strategy and execution for NPL and key brand moments. Travel may be required to attend events ensuring hands-on support.
Contribute creative ideas to brand brainstorms.
CREATOR COMMUNITY
Support development and execution of creator engagement strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive consumer consideration, and improve conversion rates.
Manage mailings, shipments, and messengers to creators, overseeing all communications and ensuring timely execution and updates.
Collaborate with Global Creator teams to align creator outreach with broader programs and secure consensus on all initiatives.
Measure and track effectiveness of creator gifting and events through Tribe. Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting and insights, analyzing performance data.
Generate actionable recommendations based on consumer insights, KPIs, and industry trends.
Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs in a constantly changing landscape.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
3-5 years successful experience in press and creators relations with identifying partners, building relationships, developing programming, event execution, and overseeing reporting.
Demonstrated knowledge of cultural landscape to keep brand relevant, relatable, and aspirational to consumers.
Be a motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player mindset.
Adaptability in working within different work cultures and organizational teams.
Highly developed PowerPoint and Excel skills, with an eye for formatting and presenting information in a digestible way.
Outstanding written, oral, and presentation-based communications skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,150.00 to $109,200.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,
