Our team in NYC/Brooklyn, NY is looking for a Digital Delivery / Asset Management Specialist to manage requirements for our project team supporting the revitalization of the venerable port facility into a hub for offshore wind on the East Coast. In this role you’ll manage information such as asset tags, asset names, metadata for all incoming and outgoing documents in support of the project. Your ability to build relationships, effectively communicate, and commitment to producing high-quality work will set you up for success as a key member of the project team.
Responsibilities
Establish LCI interfaces with external subcontractors in alignment with contract requirements ensuring LCI quality control procedures are met by subcontractors
Manage lifecycle information such as asset tags, asset names, metadata for all incoming and outgoing documents in support of the project and maintain the LCI execution plan
Leading submittal review on asset nomenclature and tagging process
Accountable for the technical quality of key project deliverables, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, and schedule
Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
Minimum 3 years professional experience working on construction or civil projects
Experience in digital delivery with an overall familiarity in lifecycle / asset management
Experience with asset/lifecycle management specific work covering various project development phases
Experience in managing and supervising workloads for drafters/designers who provide support for engineering projects in a global environment
Experience in a construction environment, with an understanding of the construction process and coordination of various entities in the industry
Experience reviewing and understanding technical requirement documents and ensuring compliance
Familiar with the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) in the creation of Lifecycle documentation for a facility
Experience with computer software for productivity on data entry and reporting
Willing and able and willing to come into the NYC/Brooklyn office a couple times a week, or as needed by the PM's
Ideally, you’ll also have
Bachelor degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering
PIMS software experience
IT background or open to learning and becoming a subject matter expert in various IT systems
