Adecco US, Inc. Product Development Coordinator in Brooklyn, New York
Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a leader in the gift, stationery, and home decor business. We are a family owned and operated business based in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator. As a Product Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for all organizational aspects of Product Development.
Salary expectation: $60,000- 65,000 a year. Schedule would be 4x a week onsite 9AM-6PM Mon-Thurs in office, Friday WFH.
The main responsibility of this position will be:
Product development liaison to factories
Reviewing samples daily with the PD lead
Communicating comments to overseas suppliers and completing the entire sample approval process
Requesting, receiving, and tracking product samples from factories
Organizing, proofing and sending out production art
Working with designers to update production art and send updated production art to factory
Customer PowerPoint presentations
Customer Selling reports
Sending out domestic and international shipments
Hands on sample organizationOther responsibilities will be:
Submitting own trend ideas for trend meetings
Ensuring timely arrival by following up with factories according to timelines
Reviewing entire "samples not approved" list once a week and follow up with factories
Production notes
Proofing factory PDF proofs
Tracking sample changes and edits
Assisting with sourcing and costing needs
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience with sourcing and/or product development. Candidates must be highly organized, proactive, and able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are also required. Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
