Amergis Substance Abuse Counselor in Brooklyn, New York
CASAC/ CASAC-T with LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC
Substance Abuse Counselor
Responsibilities include:
1) Providing counseling and case management services to clients.
2) Hold individual and group counseling sessions.
3) Chart patients’ progress, develop treatment plans.
4) Counselors will do intakes, level of care determinations, bio-psychosocial and involve family members in treatment
License and certification, we prefer to have CASAC/ CASAC-T with LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC, but at the moment we are interested in candidates with experience, even if they only have CASAC/ CASAC-T.
