Kelly Services Bilingual Customer Service Rep - $18.00 in Brooklyn, Ohio

$18.00 Per Hour

Monday – Friday 9:00 am 0 5:30 pm

Your responsibilities in this supportive and cooperative work environment are as follows:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email or phone

• Providing in-depth support for the use, care, and technical aspects of the product

• Demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude with internal and external customers

• Ensuring the highest accuracy of data entry functions

• Providing administrative support to multiple departments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

• Possess excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Spanish

• Have one year or more of customer service experience in an office setting

• Have excellent verbal skills, written and oral, including correct grammar and spelling

• Are competent in performing multiple tasks

• Have competency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Have a strong work ethic

• Are detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to a web-based customer service ticket system, such as Groove, ZenDesk, FreshDesk, or SharePoint

• One or more years of customer service experience in a call center environment
