Aerotek Quality Inspector in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will perform in-process and final inspections of parts and assemblies based on engineering drawings, documents, and blueprints. Your responsibilities will include inspecting incoming manufactured products for conformance to technical specifications, evaluating and completing special customer requirements, and facilitating root cause and corrective actions to address findings and defects. You will also utilize various measuring equipment including surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gauges, and bore gauges, and enter all findings into the company database.

1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Hard Skills

  • Previous use of inspection equipment

  • Reading and interpreting of blueprints

  • First-article inspection

  • Good Manufacturing Practices

Job Type

This is a permanent, direct hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

Work Environment

You will work in the Quality Lab, where you will have your own station with workspace and a computer. Inspections can be conducted at your station or at other locations within the quality lab depending on the product.
