Retail Merchandising Services (RMS), based in Brooklyn Park, MN, specializes in providing product merchandising services within retailers throughout the US. Duties: Answers all service questions from office staff and field reps submitted via the web, email and phone Send appropriate service documents etc. to our partners weekly Review and respond to time approval requests from our Field Merchandising Reps Assist with weekly review of submitted rep photos and service reports, reviewing rep comments and following up when needed Review rep comments and related questions received respond in a timely manner
