Adecco US, Inc. Bookkeeper in Brooksville, Florida

Adecco is seeking a Bookkeeper - QuickBooks to assist with accounts payable and invoice experience for a therapeutics firm in Brooksville FL. The ideal candidate will have worked in bookkeeping clerical duties in QuickBooks. This position handles computing and records numerical data, data entry, and QuickBooks entry accounts payable and accounts receivable. Must be proficient with QuickBooks. Role starts out at 25 - 30 hours per week during training then fulltime.

Requirements:

· Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Create invoices in QuickBooks from work order.

· Clerical office skills, scan, email, copy

· Detail-oriented and multi-tasking with ease.

· Friendly phone manner

Qualifications:

· Multitask

· Good time management

· Clerical skills

· Ability to work under pressure.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
