Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Broomfield, Colorado
Description We are searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be part of our team in the hotel industry, located in BROOMFIELD, Colorado. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with managing vendor invoices, account reconciliation, and data entry among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake invoice processing with a keen eye for detail
• Manage vendor relationships effectively
• Execute account reconciliation tasks with precision
• Responsible for check runs to ensure smooth financial operations
• Handle coding invoices accurately
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks
• Deal with multiple vendors efficiently
• Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Execute 3 way matching for invoice processing. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role within the hotel industry
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Demonstrated ability in Check Runs and Coding Invoices
• Experience in high volume Data Entry
• Proficient in Invoice Processing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience dealing with Multiple Vendors
• Strong Vendor Management skills
• Proven ability to Process Vendor Invoices
• Knowledge of 3 Way Matching process in invoice verification
