Epiroc USA LLC Business Development Manager - Digital Solutions in Broomfield, Colorado

Location: Remote - United States

Work Type: This position is remote, with an expected work schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position requires national travel up to 75% of the time.

Mission: As the Business Development Manager for Digital Solutions at Epiroc USA LLC, you will spearhead a team to drive new business aligned with Epiroc USA's strategic goals. Your role will be pivotal in leveraging your leadership and influencing skills to guide your team toward achieving our ambitious targets. In a rapidly evolving digital solutions landscape, you will regularly and proactively build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective customers. Your ability to inspire and motivate, combined with a lively and engaging communication style, will be essential in securing buy-in and achieving results. You will need to adapt swiftly to changing goals, balancing initiative and strategic thinking with a collaborative approach.

Achieving success in this role demands strong skills in promoting ideas, methodologies, or digital products, coupled with effective delegation to meet targets with efficiency and accuracy.

The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outdoor weather conditions. Office environment conditions exists for this role as well. Noise protection may be required in this role depending on physical location. As the Business Development Manager for Digital Solutions at Epiroc USA LLC, your mission is to drive the growth and profitability of Epiroc's digital solutions portfolio. You will lead your team in achieving market share and revenue targets while seamlessly integrating digital solutions into our unified "One Epiroc" sales strategy. By championing our digitalization vision and strategy, you will ensure alignment with our broader goals, fostering brand loyalty and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities: Lead your team to achieve market share, profitability, and revenue growth targets for Epiroc's digital solutions portfolio. Integrate digital solutions into Epiroc's "One Epiroc" sales strategy to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement. Execute Epiroc USA's digitalization strategy by expanding current customer relationships and exploring new market opportunities. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in digital solutions and conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategies. Provide leadership and support in training and developing team members to achieve high performance and growth. Foster collaboration within the team and across departments to align with organizational goals and drive results. Proactively establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to meet dynamic market needs.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mining, technology, software, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable. 5-10 years of relevant sales experience in mining and construction, with some experience in selling software, automation, or digitalization solutions. Highly proficient in MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Fluent in English with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing others. Strong strategic and tactical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to implement and manage initiatives. Adaptability, openness to feedback, and a commitment o continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with taking calculated risks and exploring new ideas. Ability to build and leverage relationships to inspire and engage commitment.
