Aston Carter Senior Administrative Assistant in Broomfield, Colorado
Description:
Will be supporting a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting department with administrative tasks including but not limited to:
Scheduling and managing calendars for internal and external candidate interviews/screenings, travel, and onboarding processes
Maintain ATS with up-to-date information
Scheduling and coordination of career fairs, and company events used to attract talent
Pull monthly and quarterly reports
Process travel expenses
Process invoices
Attend and participate in team meetings to provide updates
Collaborate with multiple departments to assist with a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Assist HR team with various tasks
Other projects and duties as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
At least 7 years of Administrative experience in a professional office environment
Minimum level of education required: Associate Degree
Microsoft Suite experience
Experience utilizing Outlook and Outlook Calendar for scheduling
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a positive attitude
Ability to self-direct, work independently, and is a problem-solver, along with a team-first mindset and service-first mindset to support internal partners
Technical savviness, and willingness to learn new systems
Strong organizational skills
Must maintain confidentiality across all job functions
Ability and willingness to work in office 5 days/week
Preferred:
Experience using Workday
