Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We specialize in creating pre-cast concrete products such as columns, wall panels, beams, and balconies for industrial buildings, stadiums, schools, commercial buildings, and multi-family buildings. Our process involves dumping concrete into a hopper where it is extruded to dry. Our website showcases our products and projects.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), electrical and mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting on plant equipment and power equipment.
Work on extruders for concrete, batch plant equipment, diesel trucks, cranes, small engines, saws, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose and repair issues on the spot.
Handle electrical tasks involving 480v top end, 3-phase, AC/DC power (electrician certification not required).
Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

Work Environment
This position operates on the 1st shift with a start time of either 6am or 7am, working 50 hours a week from Monday to Friday. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings. Currently, there are no technicians in the plant, and we aim to expand to 2-3 technicians. At present, the team is supervised by a supervisor.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00
