Join our Commercial Operations team in the EMEA region of the Services Division as a Market Analytics & Customer Insights Specialist .

In this role you will be accountable for

• Identifying business opportunities and generate high-quality sales leads, by analyzing internal and external data

• Providing independent market perspectives and support the commercial strategy.

• Refining market models and analyze market share/ evolution as well as

• conducting quantitative analysis of customers and markets.

• Conducting customer segmentation and prioritization and

• devise targeted campaigns based on customer operational insights.

• Identifying automation and advanced analytics opportunities and

• assist in implementing commercial technologies and tools.

• Supporting in digital marketing campaigns and sales materials preparation as well as contributing to enhancing data quality and consistency.

• Assisting in designing incentive programs for customers and employees and

• analyze process issues and propose improvements.

• Facilitating, reporting, forecasting commercial planning and

• Support in the implementation of strategic sales initiatives.

• Liaising with internal teams to deploy sales excellence initiatives effectively and collaborate with global teams to share and implement best practices.

• Partnering with stakeholders to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively.

To succeed in this role, you will need to

• Bring a bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science or related career

• Have minimum 3 years of experience in business or market analysis or a related field

• Have very good experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

• Have experience in generating process documentation and reports

• Have strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications and Salesforce

• Have understanding of complex sales processes

• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are a plus

The candidate we are looking for is preferably based close to one of our bigger facilities in Bruchsal (Germany), Madrid (Spain), Buchelay (France) or Leeds (UK). This can be a combination with home office.
