The role

The role of Pensions administrator is to work within an administration team, servicing both member and client queries in relation to occupational pension schemes.

Clients

  • Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client and members' needs, and to promote the WTW brand;

  • Develop knowledge of clients´ pension schemes;

  • In charge of the administration of a portfolio of Belgian pension plans;

  • Build strong relationships with the clients;

  • Serve as apoint of reference for standard automated cases.

Excellence

  • Communicate effectively with clients, members, and external stakeholders via emails or telephone;

  • Prepare standard documents / letters related to pension schemes, ensuring they conform to legislation;

  • Monitor your own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved;

  • Accurately perform manual calculations.

People

  • Respect for colleagues

  • Assist the wider team in project work when required;

  • Support colleagues during holiday cover and workload peaks.

The requirements

You are an enthusiastic person who can support the team of pension administrators in the management and administration of non-statutory plans in a client-oriented manner. Additionally, you have:

  • A degree in a relevant field;

  • Good organizational and numerical skills;

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools;

  • Good interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication;

  • Fluency in at least two of the main working languages: Dutch, French, and English;

  • The ability to work with a high level of accuracy;

  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
