Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estate! For our Research department, we're currently looking for a Research Analyst. This role will support project delivery across our existing and growing client base in the Brussels office. We seek candidates who share our values and commitment to excellence, playing a key role in delivering projects and contributing to the growth and development of the business.

What’s in it for you?

• Conduct in-depth economic and market analysis to inform real estate decisions

• Utilize GIS spatial data analysis to support project outcomes and client needs

• Prepare comprehensive property market reports for investors, developers, and occupiers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research and insights

• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and client proposals

Let’s talk about you

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, urban planning, geography, or a related field

• You are proficient with GIS software and spatial data analysis techniques is a plus (but can be learned on the job)

• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for real estate and urban economics

• You have an excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You have an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
