Respiratory Therapist Certified
As our Certified Respiratory Therapist at St. Joseph Health, you should be knowledgable in treatment, management, control and diagnostic evaluation of patients with deficiencies and abnormalitities associated with the cardipulmonary system.
Every day you will provide care to those suffering from acute and chronic respiratory problems.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Verifies physician orders to carry out all aspects of respiratory care, and documents all respiratory activity, to ensure excellent quality care
Performing ventilation therapies, including maintenance and management of life support systems.
Administering therapy modalities which include, Hand held Nebulizer (HHN), HHN via metered dose inhaler(HHN/MDI), Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilation (IPV), Chest Physical Therapy (CPT), Pentamidine therapy
Performs physiological monitoring and diagnostic testing
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
Must complete a respiratory care degree program
CRT
Texas RCP License
BLS
Pay Range
$21.80 - $31.62 /hour
