Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Communications Manager to join our team at Nespresso. As the Brand Communications Manager, you will be responsible for elevating Nespresso's brand image and strengthening brand equity through the evaluation of global campaigns and media strategies. You will also develop and amplify local market needs for omni-channel B2C and B2B, with a strong focus on digital efficiencies.

A day in the life of a Nespresso Brand Communications Manager

  • Execute and evaluate total brand, coffee, machine & sustainability campaigns in line with the global media strategy and communications.

  • Implement campaign plans on ATL & BTL touchpoints to drive awareness and audiences to Nespresso's channels.

  • Regularly optimize campaigns and budgets, especially on digital, to reach performance and brand health objectives.

  • Drive marketing & PR events for all channels.

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate brand and corporate communications for all channels.

  • Guard and amplify the brand identity (visual, tone-of-voice, personality) with clear key messaging.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including B2C & B2B sales, e-commerce, finance, legal and quality departments.

  • Evaluate the global media strategy, and media, social & creative agencies on performance against KPIs.

  • Oversee the omnichannel PR strategy and drive PR for all channels, for both long term and short-term media, following international guidelines and in line with the consumer journey strategy.

  • Manage and leverage relationships with Global and Regional teams, agency partners, social media influencers, suppliers and key media networks.

What will make you successful

  • Completed Degree or Diploma inMarketing Management, Events Management, PR, Media or Communications Management

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Communications or Media Manager, or as a Brand Manager with strong digital and/or PR and media responsibilities.

  • Experience in managing a team.

  • Worked for a luxury or premium brand.

  • Experience in managing external agencies.
