What You Can Expect

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing product orders, tracking deliveries and monitoring stock levels. You will work out of our office in Bucharest and collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service to optimise the supply chain.

How You’ll Create Impact

  • Handle MRP and other orders, confirm settlements with suppliers, address discrepancies, and periodically confirm open orders.

  • Manage customs processes, liaise with agencies, and prepare necessary documentation for customs clearance and Intrastat.

  • Create new materials in the system, prepare documents for damaged goods returns, and maintain required records.

  • Conduct inventory counts, manage reconciliations, and coordinate returns of non-compliant or expired products with the warehouse.

  • Oversee daily operational processes, ensuring efficiency in supply management, order fulfillment, and inventory monitoring.

  • Engage in projects to optimize logistics, improve the supply chain, and collaborate with departments for smooth project execution.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Economics degree, ideally with a focus on business administration/management, logistics/supply chain.

  • 2-4 years experience in logistics/ supply chain and with customs.

Your Background

  • Advanced SAP skills and knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel

  • Fluency in Romanian and a good level of English (at least B2)

  • Detail-oriented and Organized

  • Customer-orientated and communicative
