Description
Manages Bucharest new product development design team responsible for analog, digital and mixed mode integrated circuits.
Help the division leaders to support strategic agenda by driving a team to focus on development of new products that satisfy customer demands for cost/performance and development schedule.
Work with onsemi development centers partners to adopt common metrics and best practices for tools and development methodologies.
Manage the team to ensure short term and long-term performance.
Seek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the team.
Protect all technical information (patents, publications …).
Provide inputs to technology organization to define technology roadmap.
Interface with the organization and customer to provide technical consulting when required.
Qualifications
Proven track of record of taking chips from definition to production.
Experience in analog and mixed mode verification techniques.
Good problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset with excellent moderation skills.
Fluent English.
10 years of relevant experience in integrated circuits development.
