As an Event Management Assistant, you will:

• Act as professional administrative support for the entire Events department;

• Manage the office supplies, using appropriate offer requirements following standard procedures;

• Attend regular operational meetings taking minutes and preparing all materials in due time;

• Act as a link between operational departments, being responsible for proper and timely communication;

• Coordinates with Event Coordinator for assigned projects; plans and details the internal events.

Our Most successful Event Management Assistant is someone who has:

• Very good English and Romanian command;

• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and meeting skills;

• Excellent organizational skills and time management;

• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);

• Hospitable, team player, capable to deal with competing demands, or multiple tasks, and to work under pressure and tight deadlines;

• Great problem solving skills;

• Positive thinking;

• Open to learning and developing;

• Previous Reception/ Administration exposure would be an advantage.
