Location: Field, Romania . Field-based role, 60% customer visits, 40% SBD office OR home office. Regular presence in Bucharest office expected.

Purpose

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for enthusiastic and experienced salespeople. If you have experience selling and you are interested in Stanley Black & Decker portfolio send us your resume in English.

You will be responsible for special sales channels: loyalty programs. Your task will be to acquire and later provide care for our key customers. Our ideal colleague should take business opportunities as a challenge, have a strategic mindset with ability to think out of the box.

The Job (responsibilities):

• Sales Plan dedicated to loyalty programs and special channel customer – our brands: Stanley FatMax, DeWALT product portfolio - fulfillment of KPIs (sales & margin etc.)

• Acquire new clients for loyalty programs & special sales channels, using out-of-the-box strategies

• Marketing activities - work together with marketing department to prepare marketing activities, promo materials to support sales of our customers, participate in product pricing,

• Relationships with business partners - develop solutions that best match the needs of business partners, follow up the on assigned tasks, working with colleagues from other departments, manage business conditions and solve operational improvements.

• Reporting & team work – collaborate with sales team dedicated to professionals and marketing department , follow up the progress on assigned objectives, reporting, develop a long and mid-term growth plan.

The Person (requirements):

• Min. high school education – Sales, Marketing or related

• Proven working experience in a sales or marketing position min. 3 years - area of DIY, FMCG, Retail or Construction Materials is an advantage

• Able to visualise a sales plan, ability to discover new customers, using out-of-the box sales strategies

• Understanding of sales strategy in retail business, budgeting, planning, and priorities setting

• Native Romanian speaker, with English - professional communication level

• Hungarian or Bulgarian language is an advantage (not mandatory)

• Good presentation skills, Excel for analytic tasks needed,

• Excellent communication and social skills and pro-active personality

• Multi-tasking and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a team as well as self-supporting attitude

• Fast learning

• Analytical skills

• Exceptional customer service driven attitude & empathy
