We are looking for
Anaplan Solution Architect
to join our team in Budapest!
The Anaplan Solution Architect will design best-in-class Anaplan solutions that meet the tailored needs of the Global Pricing Team and our internal stakeholders. You will develop and cast the technical vision and model architecture to our internal model building team, and most importantly, to our stakeholders, as we work to deliver the best possible solution translating business requirements into efficient solutions design. Your design will account for data sources, integration layers, the underlying Anaplan model architecture, and the user interface, and you will have the opportunity to coach and train others along the way!
Qualifications
Responsibilities :
Translate business requirements into efficient solutions design
Instruct team of 2 employees on best practices in model design
Support all Pricing team productivity platforms, to date, Pricing and Product Portfolio management
Lead audit and resolution of model evaluation from a best-practices standpoint on a periodic basis to improve performance and free up workspace
Design, update, and rationalize existing suite of dashboards and reports
Accurately estimate and prioritize updates and improvements to our software productivity platform (currently Anaplan)
Leverage analytic tools, services, and resources to lead and train brand colleagues
Understand ELC and brand conventions, terms, and practices to inform and shape design
Day-to-Day Service Delivery
Lead the One Source team of model builders that service and work with the Global Pricing Team in project mode to refresh, implement and improve our current Anaplan models
Work as a Solutions Architect and lead the end-to-end design of an Anaplan Model
Ability to run a project utilizing the Agile Implementation Methodology
Clear ability to teach both clients and internal resources with no prior Anaplan knowledge how to build a model.
Guide a customer to enhance their process utilizing both Anaplan expertise and Subject Matter Expertise.
Ability to have difficult conversations with a customer about scope and timeline in order to ensure the project timeline is on track and budget
Ability to effectively lead a team of consultants
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or Economics
5 years’ experience as a solutions architect at an enterprise, whether as a consultant or employee, preferably including an implementation.
Possesses broad knowledge across multiple development platforms in addition to Anaplan.
Anaplan solution architect
Sufficient knowledge of Anaplan to understand and audit previous builds for inefficiency.
Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Alteryx and Python.
Experience building reports in Tableau and Power BI.
Strong collaboration and project management skills.
Financial modeling skill.
Strong functional knowledge around financial systems, processes, and reporting.
Excellent communications skills, particularly verbal.
Data and SLA commitment driven.
Continuous improvement and service-oriented mindset.
