The Role
A Business Operations Manager for Cyber&Network is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between the organization financial and operational performance and its broader business environment. This individual is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of cybersecurity and network initiatives, ensuring that all financial and business operations activities align with the CIO strategic objectives. Plays a key role in monitoring and reporting on cybersecurity metrics and managing budgets. Additionally, is tasked with identifying and implementing process improvements, coordinating with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach. Ultimate goal is to optimize operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the business. This role requires a unique blend of financial and technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to effectively manage the finance and business operations in dynamic landscape of cybersecurity and network areas and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aligning financial and operational metrics with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Lead and oversee the cyber&network team, providing leadership, mentorship, and direction.
• Develop and manage the Cyber & Network budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze cyber & network operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments like HR, IT, and Finance to stay abreast latest changes to inform strategic decision-making practices.

Who You Are
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations is advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of business operations and experience in aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
