As Global Leadership Recruitment Trainee in our Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll:
Closely partner with and support our colleagues working the Global Executive Recruitment & Scouting team based in 3 major locations: Budapest, Amsterdam and Bogota
Provide the team with administrative support
Build target company lists
Source and select talents against the job description and map the talent market
Actively support the team with desk research,identification of candidates, preparation ofpresentations
Collect, classify, and interpret competitivemarket intelligence
Track and report data in our Candidate

About you
Ongoing university studies (active student status)
English knowledge in advanced level
Min. 25 hour/week Microsoft Office proficiency
Good analytical skills
High level of integrity to deal with sensitive information in a compliantand confidential way
Interest in international recruitment
Curiosity to learn about the pharmaceutical/biopharma industry and different functions
Good level of data management skill
