Main responsibilities
Data analysis – monthly reports and visualizing the necessary information
Contribute to the preparation of necessary slides and data analysis for the Global meetings
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, finding opportunities to enhance efficiency in Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with team members for an efficient work and editing the data
About you
Experience
Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in Human Resources or related subjects
Min. 30-hour availability/week
Soft and technical skills
Good communication skills
Microsoft Excel - advanced level (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Hlookup, Slicers)
Power Point - advanced level
You are interested in data analysis and desire to improve reporting in Talent Acquisition
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, previous experience in this field would be appreciated
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prominent level of problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Languages
- Excellent English written and verbal
