Eaton Corporation People Manager for HR Services in Budapest, Hungary

As an extension to our team, we are looking for a HR Services and Competence Development Manager, who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing organizational strategies that enhance workforce performance and drive business growth.
What you’ll do:
As and HR Services Team Manager, you will:
Develop and execute organizational strategies that enhance workforce performance and drive business growth.
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Ensure the efficient delivery of HR services, acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers. Address HR-related inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction
Optimize organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s strategic goals
Contribute to country HR activities by managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing and advising on HR best practices and organizational development initiatives
Use in-depth HR domain knowledge and analytical skills to support decision-making and strategic planning. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of HR initiatives
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
As a regional Competency Development owner in the team, you will:
Work on HR competence development, ensuring continuous professional growth of HR staff within HR Services Team
Develop and implement together with other Team Leaders training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of members
Continuously measure qualification and competency levels in team and through future ready approaches find opportunities for internal growth support
Support actively change management and transformation activities within the region
Act as a change ambassador through different projects by nurturing aspirations of resilience and agility
Qualifications:
University degree in the field of HR or other Business areas
Solid working experience in BSC/SSC area
Demonstrated experience in HR Operations, HR Leadership, Project Management and Continuous Improvement
Skills:
Ability to operate at a both a regional and global level in a global, matrix environment
HR Operations expertise: strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices with experience in process improvement and optimization.
People management: ability to manage and lead a team of HR shared services staff, build effective relationships with other HR functions, and provide coaching and mentoring.
Customer Focus: ability to understand the needs of various stakeholders, deliver high quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Project management : ability to manage complex projects, develop project plans, monitor progress and deliver on time/budget.
Change management : ability to lead and manage change initiatives, communicate effectively
Communication : strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively
Problem solving: strong analytical skills and ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
Continuous improvement: strong focus on innovation, CI tools and enhancing HR shared services delivery. Experience with Lean and Scrum desired.
Fluency in English
