Support Order Management Iberia team in the following tasks :
Order taking: Creation of customer orders received from different channels
Order validation and acceptance: Perform necessary checks based on incompleteness, blocks, reason for rejections. update orders in case necessary.
Delivery processing: monitor automatic delivery creation and generating deliveries on time with all necessary information and communicate them with the warehouse to initiate the distribution process.
Invoicing: monitor automatic invoice creation

Main responsibilities

About you
Ongoing university studies (active student status)
English knowledge in advanced level, Spanish/Portuguese Reading & Writing is a plus
Min. 20-25 hour availability/week
Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)
Is self-motivated, well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner.
Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential)
Good communication skills (essential)
