Position Snapshot
Location: Budapest (IX.) and Home office
Education: College or University degree in business/economics
Experience: 1-2 years relevant working experience (FMCG or Trade Marketing experience is an advantage)
Language: Fluent English and Hungarian lang. knowledge in written and spoken
Position Summary
Bring shopper relevant marketing initiatives to life in-store, in-line with customer needs.
A day in the life of a Trade Activity Specialist...
Develop shopper facing initiatives in order to attract and convert more shoppers to the category and ensure the desired behaviour change is delivered through insight led design and targeted communication and activation up to and at the point of purchase, ensuring delivering of the picture of success and category strategy objectives
Further, by partnering with Brand and Sales Teams
Will source actionable shopper marketing and activation insights that will support Category driving initiatives, the tracking the success, and their continual optimization.
Monitoring of competitor activities, promotions and datas
Leaflet monitor, DAS, Dunnhumby, Nielsen
Create monthly channel reports
Prepare ad-hoc analysis of trade promotions (pre-post evaluation)
Budget management
Accurate PR, PO and invoice handling and follow up
Monthly budget forecasting and reporting
Coordinate trade promotions for channels
Coordinate tailor made promotions and tastings with agencies
Cooperation in field sales activities planning and execution, communication and coordination with sales representatives, preparation of leaflet creatives, reporting.
Managing trade marketing tools / POS materials for channels
Analyze and propose POS tools during planning periods to support trade plans.
Propose and execute POS Activity Plan with relevant Budget requirement (PFME 2).
Regular reporting of secondary placements, POS stocks, POS efficiency.
Develop creative materials in line with brand and client requirements, align them with marketing and sales before implementation.
