Boehringer Ingelheim Medical Affairs Analyst in Buenos Aires, Argentina

The Position

Provide analytic and assistance to the activities of the Medical affairs, ensuring interaction and collaboration between the Functional Areas of Medicine and the different regions.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks:

  • Support to Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patients and others: training and Support on event organization (Contracts, Veeva Events, etc.).

  • Team expenses management.

  • Purchase Orders creation.

  • TA´s content and materials management.

  • Support to OPUs on event procedures

  • XCevas Key User trainings

  • Events:

  • Planning of events alongside Therapeutic Areas managers:

  • Contact with logistics provider: budget request and follow up, booking of plane tickets, salon, meals, compliance.

  • Tracking of events documentation (Veeva Events, proposals, due diligence, etc)

  • Participation in Therapeutic Areas (TA) and logistics provider event meetings prior to event and post event to close on invoices according to sourcing guidelines.

  • SpotMe implementation on big events.

  • Revision of service providers and uploading events in Veeva Events.

  • Agreement drafting, addendums (EFECT/CorA).

  • Invoice request and payment follow up. For international payments, contact with Finance & Controlling department.

  • Budget managing Monthly meetings with TA managers and follow up on their activities.

  • Planning of next year’s budget (YTD) with each manager (including travel expenses).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, for the preparation of information.

  • High attention to detail, with a sense of urgency and high level of accuracy

  • Proven experience or relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience of being able to present to small groups

  • Superior organisational skills, including the ability to juggle and prioritise tasks and work to deadline.

  • Level of English: Intermediate.

  • Experience using Excel, power point. "
