What youll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Sales Operations
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Expected start date: October 2024
In this role,
Sales Operations roles are successful when optimizing productivity, raising the quality of the respective support / tasks performed and increasing (internal) customer satisfaction.
General role responsibilities are:
Administrative tasks and daily office functions
Monitoring the sales operations process and initiatives
Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback using standard procedures and reports
Data entry in CRM
Document all the campaign execution using the adequate systems correctly (work together with manager/expert as necessary)
Contract tracking
Central contact and all other ad-hoc support as needed by manager and his/her team
Managing workflows and monitoring items likepurchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
Preparation and follow up of meetings and larger external events for Managers
Who you are
Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Current student in the field of Business Administration and/or related studies
Preferably 2 years from graduation
English: Fluent (able to fluently understand and communicate verbally)
Microsoft Excel Knowledge (including macros)
Excellent communication skills and ability to network within a clients organization
Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly
Clear interest to develop a sales career when graduating
Energetic and goal oriented
Time management to arrange a weekly and monthly time schedule
