-Requisitos básicos:
Secundario técnico en Computación o afín
Conocimiento en redes (modems, hubs, routers), y el diagnóstico de sus fallas.
-Requisitos preferentes (NO EXCLUYENTE)
- Experiencia en Call Center o Help Desk orientado a soporte técnico de usuarios
-Funciones:
Resolución de problemas técnicos de hardware y software de forma remota, enfocado en impresoras, switches, terminales punto de venta (POS)
Soporte técnico a primer nivel con usuario final
Uso de manuales para resolución de fallas técnicas
Seguimientos de los tickets generados por medio de sistema (generación, seguimiento, cierre)
Escalamiento con diferentes áreas
Habilidades:

Atención al cliente
