One Family.Purpose StatementProvide financial support to the Christie Cookie team, including Accounts Receivables, Bank Transfers and Reconciliation, Payroll posting, Sales Tax Reports, and Month-end close preparation. Assist in providing financial support to the Operations team.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesAccounting/Finance Support for Christie Cookie:Become accounting/financial advisor to Christie CookieLeadership TeamBuild effective working relationshipsBalance to cash (credit card reconciliation for bakery retail charges)Bank reconciliationWorking aged receivables balances with Sales teamRecording customer checks and receivablesInvoicing on customer A/R accountsPrepare Sale Tax ReportWeekly Payroll PostingMonth end close preparationEnsure proper reconciliation of intercompany accountsOther Responsibilities:Assist in providing Product Code and Facility Profitability AnalysisAssist with monthly close process for OperationsAssist with maintaining Operation Finance DashboardAssist in target reconciliation, consolidation, and analysis as neededKnowledge, Skills, and Experience4-year degree in Finance or Accounting0-2 years relevant experience preferred.Modeling Experience - Financial, Cost, Capacity, Business Models.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment; ability to be flexibleDemonstrated enterprise-wide project experience.Demonstrated collaboration skills.Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to balance cost and risk factors within the Finance Team.Solid verbal and written communication skills to include presentation skills.Ability to learn new software systems and programs.Proficiency in MS office software is required; strong Excel skills, SAP and/or Oracle.Dashboard (Power BI) experience preferred.#BE-LI1#CORP123COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
