Express is recruiting for a Cleaner Associate for a Property Managment company located in Buffalo, Ny. This company is a leader in affordable housing development & has been in business for over 20 years.1st Shift: Monday- Friday you can between (7a-3:30p or 8a-4:30p)Payrate: $18.00-22.00/hr BOE+Key Responsibilities:Maintain excellent cleanliness of common area including hallways, stairways, community rooms and bathrooms.Responsible for trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down areas.Documents daily janitorial activity including problems encountered and work completed.Maintains an adequate inventory of property supplies & equipment.Assists team in performing, monitoring, inspecting and conducting evaluations in order to prepare apartments for move for future tenants. Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentOutstanding cleaning experience General related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC & building systems preferred. Must Poses mechanical aptitudeMust possess a Valid Driver's License & New York State Motor vehicle insurance.Physical Requirements:Must be able to walk, move & transport up to 100lbs.
