Job Description:

Acts as Owner's Representative in all KH construction and real estate development projects on campus and at satellite locations. This includes developing tenant improvement allowance needs and well as capital investment needs associated with the probable cost of hard construction as well as soft costs such as professional fees, environmental, legal, permits and regulatory agency costs.

This includes oversight of: Project Budgeting, Project Schedule, Land acquisition, Site plan and municipal permitting, Design Phase, Budget Control, Change Order, Review, Construction Activities, Outside Agencies Consult, Site Logistics Management and Construction Safety.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

BS in Business, Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management required. Master's in Business, Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred. 10+ years of experience in construction management.
