The Western New York Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office is looking for OGS contract vendors to provide up to 10 FTE LPNs to provide services in accordance with the attached Scope of Work.
Candidates should have the following experience:
Candidates should be experienced with developmental disabilities
Good communication and documentation skills
Administration of medications/including Insulin
G-Tube/J-Tube feedings
Respiratory treatments, Tracheotomy care/Suctioning, etc.
Shifts will be 8-12 hours and candidates can work full or part time hours.

Candidates for this position will be required to have a NYS driver’s license and may be required to report to more than one location.
