Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation for one of our largest clients in Buffalo, NY. The Senior Program Manager (Business Transformation) has two key priorities:

*  Supports the maturation of the Transformation Network Team evolution and maturation.

* Leading all aspects of program management for an exciting, yet complex, multi-year global program - Galileo (S/4HANA) Program.

Main responsibilities include:

* Program Planning -- collaborating with program stakeholders on the development of long and short-term project plans

* Program Communication -- continually optimizes the governance and decision-making processes within the program

* Program Effectiveness - Monitors day-to-day operations of the Galileo (S/4HANA) Program to ensure policies and procedures are being followed, that goals and objectives are met, and the program is operating effectively; takes corrective action as needed.

* Program Management & Agile Best Practices - Identifies and evangelizes program management & agile best practices to improve program outcomes.

* Vendor Management - Manages multiple vendors and complexity across the program in the areas of technology and business transformation. Aligns vendor products and services with the program's multi-year investment roadmap.

* Escalation Process Management - Supports the escalation and resolution of critical issues from within the Galileo Delivery Team.

* Financial Management - Oversees management of Galileo (S/4HANA) Program budget and supports leadership in making informed investment prioritization decisions.

* Resource Management -- Accountable for the planning aspect of the Galileo (S/4HANA) Program resourcing - liaising with Rich Products leaders and vendors to understand and communicate short and long-term resourcing estimates internally.

This person will be managing up to 6 individuals, consisting of temporary, solution integration, and full time resources. Frequent travel to headquarters in Buffalo, NY will be required.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

- 10+ years of professional program management experience, with at least 7 years of experience working directly with senior business leaders

- Previous experience managing an end to end, global SAP implementation (ECC, S4 Hana, etc.), consolidating several ERP instances down to one

- Extensive experience with program implementation activities including: fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration build, user testing, legacy system conversions, end user, cutover, deployment, and post go live support

- Resource planning, scope management, vendor management, and program budgeting experience

- Ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives and business leaders - MBA or other advanced degree/certification

- PMP Certification

- Agile Certification

- Previous manufacturing industry experience

- Ability to travel internationally, as needed null
