Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team and providing optimal customer service to all customers both internally and externally. The coordinator is the point person within the department and will triage calls and emails directed to the main Talent Acquisition mailboxes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for independently assessing, researching and responding to issues, questions, investigating and resolving all level of discrepancies related to talent acquisition related program, policies and regulatory requirements. Ensuring compliance is complete for hires and transfers as well as keeping the ATS up to date for tracking and reporting is a must. Responsible for conducting a review/audit process for transfers and new hires, including a review of system information and personnel file. The coordinator will manage and process all bonuses administered by the Talent Acquisition team as well as manage, track, coordinate, and attend various events and orientation.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED OR two (2) years of relevant HR experience

EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of two (2) years of HR, Talent Acquisition or Administrative Assistant experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) software applications & Outlook

  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to organize/prioritize multiple responsibilities

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision

  • Knowledge of standard office equipment (fax, copier, printer)

  • Ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines with patience and flexibility

  • Demonstrates strong ability to maintain and deal with confidential data and issues

  • Good judgment and diplomacy in being able to relate to all organizational levels

  • Ability to independently prepare reports and correspondence

  • Demonstrated customer service related competencies
